What is Cardio Workouts
Cardio workout is exercise that can increase your heart rate during a specified time. Some examples of cardio workouts are jogging, running, bike riding, aerobics, etc. You can choose the cardio workout that you like most. You can do cardio workouts by using cardio sport tools in a gym, too.
Benefits of Cardio Workouts
If you do cardio workouts more often, for example, 3-5 times a week, your weight will be reduced a lot. Try to do cardio workouts in a short time interval but more often (interval training).
